Welcome to my Sports Medicine blog! My name is Mia and I am currently a senior of class 2016 at Notre Dame Belmont High School. I am taking this course, Sports Medicine, because I am very interested in learning about the human anatomy and how different parts of the body work. I want to be able to understand how medicine works and how it can prevent injuries due to sports. I want to pursue a career in the biology or medical field and I think this course will challenge me and can potentially help me in the future.

I am also think about studying Biology or a medical field. I am also not quite sure yet what I exactly want to study. But hopefully this course helps us make up our mind. The picture of San Francisco in your slide show is really cool! I live in the city and I’m completely in love with it too.
